  1. Warranty Responsibility
    All warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers or authorized importers. EcoSmart Engineering Solutions acts as a facilitator and intermediary for warranty claims, based on brand-specific terms and policies.

  2. Warranty Limitations

    • Warranty periods vary by product type and brand. Some products (e.g., batteries, adapters) may carry a shorter warranty.

    • Not all products include a warranty; please check at the time of purchase.

    • Physical damage, water damage, burnt parts, broken seals/stickers, tampering, or unauthorized repairs void the warranty.

    • Warranty does not cover data loss or software-related issues.

    • For service, the original invoice and full product packaging must be provided.

    • Dead pixel warranty claims for monitors require at least 3 visible dead pixels.

  3. Replacement & Repair

    • Products eligible for replacement will be repaired or exchanged based on availability.

    • If the exact product or equivalent is not available, we may offer a better model with depreciation or monetary adjustment.

    • Repair timelines may vary (typically 5–40 days) based on parts availability.

  4. Non-Warranty Items

    • Consumables like printer cartridges, toners, maintenance kits, accessories, and certain parts are excluded.

    • Lifetime warranty refers to the market lifespan of a product, not unlimited support.

  5. Fake Invoices & Unauthorized Sellers

    • EcoSmart Engineering Solutions is not responsible for issues related to counterfeit products or fake invoices from third-party sellers.

    • Always verify invoices by contacting us before purchasing second-hand or used items.

  6. Order Cancellation Rights

    • Orders with incorrect pricing due to website errors may be canceled without prior notice.

  7. BIOS & Security Responsibility

    • EcoSmart Engineering Solutions does not set BIOS passwords. It is the buyer’s responsibility to manage and remember system access credentials.

  8. Customer Acknowledgment

    • By purchasing from EcoSmart Engineering Solutions, you agree to our terms and authorize us to act on your behalf in warranty and service matters.
